Course Description

This beginner-friendly course provides a practical, step-by-step introduction to developing nursing care plans. Learn the foundational concepts involved in assessment, nursing diagnosis, goals, interventions, evaluation, and prioritization through guided lessons, practical activities, and an ongoing patient scenario.

Before You Begin

This course is designed to be completed in sequence. Lessons and activities will become available as you progress, helping you understand how each part of the nursing care plan connects to the next.

Throughout the course, you will complete 13 activities designed to help you apply what you have learned. Some activities will be completed directly on the course dashboard, while selected activities will be completed using Google Docs so that personalized feedback can be provided.

A patient scenario will be used throughout the course to help you apply key concepts and practise bringing the different components together to develop a nursing care plan.

Course Access: You will have 15 days to complete the course from the date of enrolment. If you do not complete the course within this period, one paid extension may be requested.
