October’s Scenario (summary):

For October you will meet Mr. Jamal Henry, 29, was admitted after a motor vehicle accident with a confirmed lumbar vertebral fracture. While awaiting delayed surgery, he remains on strict bed rest with limited mobility in his lower limbs. He reports pain and fear of paralysis, but also shows frustration, irritability, and unsafe attempts to move, presenting challenges of both impaired mobility and maladaptive coping.
