Course Delivery & Attendance Policy

• All classes are LIVE and interactive

• Classes are NOT recorded

• Students are expected to attend sessions in real time

• Missed classes cannot be replayed or made up

This structure is intentional and supports active learning, engagement, and exam readiness.

Course Options

February OR March SPAN Prep

This option is ideal for students who want extended preparation and continued support beyond the initial month.

What’s Included:

• 12 initial classes covering:

  • Assessment

  • Documentation

  • Nursing Care Plans

  • Medication Administration

  • Interview Preparation

• 3 small group meetings for focused guidance and clarification

• 8 Exam Prep Club sessions (April–May)

• 6 additional care plan classes in the following months

Total:
✔ 29 sessions
✔ 50 hours of class time

Class time: 6-8 pm

A separate schedule will be prepared, per month for small group sessions for each month, since that is dependent on number of students registered.

This option is ideal for students seeking focused, intensive preparation closer to exam time.
